Workshop description

Move yo' SPIRIT! This one hour workshop focuses on using the movement of our bodies to connect with our inner spirit and emotions. If you want to create a movement in this world today, first learn to create movements with your body! Learn to take your inner motivation and express it in a healthy action. Jump up! Shake a lil. Start moving, mind to body exercises.

The workshop will include warm-up stretches, action introduction, animal interpretations, feeling groove (emotion to movement exercise), one jazzercise aerobic routine, and a shake down!
