Lucy Gonzales Parsons and the radical labor movement; we will discus the poignant story of a very radical woman from Texas, Lucy Gonzales Parsons, who was born into slavery and went on to become one of the leading anarchist labor organizers, whom the Chicago police dubbed “more dangerous than a thousand rioters”.

Women of the Mexican Revolution; we will discuss the various roles of women in the Mexican revolution of 1910.
