The Southern Girls Convention website is getting a bit of an overhaul to get out the word on Southern Girls Convention 2006 in Houston, Texas. We’ll be posting updates here, and you can get lots more information at the Houston 2006 event page. Keep your eyes peeled — there’ll be more to come very soon.
Thanks to all the wonderful, awesome people who came out to participate in SGC 2005. Overall, we had 150 people attend from all over the south, as far as Maryland, North Carolina, D.C, and as close as New Orleans and Lafayette.
The sessions were provoking and informative, and the networking was engaging and entertaining. We think it was a real success overall.
We are excited to announce that SGC 2006 will be held in Houston, Texas next summer. Continue to check this site for updates as the 2006 organizers begin their planning.
